Rep. Kingsley Chinda (PDP-Rivers) has emerged as the Minority Leader of the 10th House of Representatives.
The representative of Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency of Rivers State emerged as the Minority Leader on Friday.
This was at a meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party caucus in Abuja.
This followed the withdrawal of Rep. Oluwole Oke (PDP-Osun), who was his main contender from the the race.
Rep Ali Isah (PDP-Gombe) also emerged as the Minority Whip of the 10th Assembly of the House.
