Two prominent figures in the Peoples Democratic Party, Prof. Jerry Gana and Damishi Sango, were at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja to receive the Governor of Taraba State, Danbaba Suntai, who flew into the country after almost a year’s absence.
Gana and Sango, both former ministers, also saw off Suntai who is on his way to Jalingo, the Taraba State capital.
Suntai was involved in a plane crash in October 2012.
He had undergone treatment in several hospitals but had been in a home in New York, United States of America for some months before the move to return home.
