Members of the Flying Eagles team sneaked into the country on Saturday after their below expectations outing at the FIFA U-20 World Cup, New Zealand 2015.
All members of the team and their officials landed at about 3:15pm at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, aboard an Emirates Airline flight.
The players and officials strolled into the airport lobby unnoticed and were immediately conveyed to the hotel before the team would be disbanded.
The African champions failed to go past the Round of 16 as they fell by a lone goal to the Germans, who are also Champions of Europe.
