The Randy Waldrum lads polled 1604.42 points ahead of her continental rivals in the ranking, which was released on Thursday.
Nigeria holds sway and are number one ranked team on the continent ahead Cameroon, South Africa, Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire, Tunisia, Equatorial Guinea, Morocco, Algeria and Mali.
Meanwhile, the top three in the Ranking is unchanged.
USA (1st) lead the way from Sweden (2nd) and France (3rd).
The next FIFA/Women’s World Ranking will be published on August 5, 2022.
