The Federal Government has declared July 28 and 29 as public holidays to mark this year’s Eid-el-fitri salah celebration.
A statement on Wednesday by the Ministry of Interior, said the Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, enjoined all Muslim faithful and Nigerians in general to extend the spiritual benefits of Ramadan.
Moro listed the benefits to include love, peace and justice.
The Minister also enjoined all Nigerians to seize the opportunity of the holidays to reflect on the imperative of peace in nation building.
He wished all Nigerians a most rewarding and peaceful celebration.
