Fayose to FG: Are Diezani, Baru, Abba Kyari, NHIS boss Saint Looters?

The Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, has queried the list of alleged looters released by the Federal Government, saying some obvious names were left out.
Fayose, in a statement, said it appears those left out have become Saint Looters in the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has last week named some members of the Peoples Democratic Party as being among the looters of the nation’s treasury.
Among those Mohammed listed were the National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus; a former National Publicity Secretary of the party, Olisa Metuh; and the owner of Daar Communications Plc, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi.
Secondus and Metuh have threatened to head to the court if Mohammed does not apologise over their listing.
But Fayose said he is surprised that some people in the Buhari Administration accused of corruption and a former Minister of Petroleum Resources in the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Diezani Alison-Madueke, were not listed by Mohammed.
Among those he listed as having been mentioned for alleged corruption but left out of Mohammed’s list are the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari; and the boss of the National Health Insurance Scheme, Prof. Usman Yusuf.
Others listed by Fayose were the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Dr. Maikanti Baru; and the investigation into the N2 billion fraud allegedly perpetrated by the boss of the Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina.
Fayose said: “Surprisingly, while name of PDP National Chairman, Uche Secondus (with N200m) appeared on Lai Mohammed clownish ‘looters’ lists, that of Diezani Alison-Madueke that they claimed to have traced N47.2bn and $487.5m to was missing. Is it that the FG lied against Diezani ab-initio or she has also been Baptized into APC comity of Saint Looters?
“What happened to the NHIS Boss, Yusuf (sacked for fraud & reinstated by Buhari), Maina (the pension thief), NNPC boss, Baru ($25bn contract scam), Abba Kyari (N500m MTN scam), others. Are they Saint Looters?
“The APC FG should rather tell Nigerians its achievements in almost three years in office and stop running after members of opposition both within the APC and in the PDP.”
