Dele Alli will undergo tests next week to establish the cause of the dizziness he suffered at Norwich, but Tottenham still hope he can play against Watford on Saturday.
The midfielder had to go off at half-time of the 3-0 win at Carrow Road on Tuesday after complaining he was dizzy.
Head coach Mauricio Pochettino said Alli trained on Thursday but the 19-year-old will still be checked as a precaution in the coming days.
Pochettino said: “We don’t know why he was dizzy. We need to do some tests next week but we have very good medical staff.
“We are not worried, we just need to assess him and to know why, but we are sure it is not a big problem.
“We need to have some checks and we need to look again but all seems to be normal and we hope he will be available for Saturday.”
