Premier League champions, Chelsea, has returned to training after their scoreless draw against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
In a video footage by Chelsea’s club TV channel, Nigerian international, Victor Moses, N’golo Kante and other top stars stormed Cobham for the morning training session.
In the clips, Kante was being cradled by Willian and Moses being wheelbarrowed as fans couldn’t fathom the basis for the drill.
Meanwhile, Graeme Le Saux has singled out Moses and Marcos Alonso as two key players for Chelsea under Antonio Conte.
The Blues have enjoyed a great turn in form since Conte opted to switch his team to a 3-4-3 formation around a year ago, as the west London side won the Premier League title in the Italian manager’s first campaign in charge at the club.
Moses, who has been a regular starter this term, was one of the success stories of last season under Conte after the Nigerian was able to find a regular role at wing-back after having struggled to hold down a spot in the first team in recent years.
Le Saux wrote in his column for Betfair: “We have seen how destructive wing-backs Marcos Alonso and Victor Moses can be when they go forward.
“What I like about Chelsea is that even when they are under pressure they always offer a threat on the counter.
“They’re great athletes and can get from back to front in no time at all.”
Chelsea return to Premier League action this weekend with a trip to the bet365 Stadium to take on Stoke City.
