A man, Gihan Mbelu, who has been identified as the Chairman of Victoria Garden City estate, Lagos State was found dead in his car on Friday.
The video of the 42-year-old man was shared on Facebook by an eyewitness, Chukwudi Iwuchukwu, on Friday.
Iwuchukwu said: “His car was stationary, running for hours, while he lay motionless.
“They rushed him to the hospital, where they confirmed his death.
“I guess we lost him to the silent killer, high blood pressure.

“The rate at which 40-year-old men are dropping dead to this silent killer is becoming alarming and worrying.”
The spokesman of the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, has reacted to the trending video.
Hundeyin, a Superintendent of Police, in the reaction on his X handle, said: “Investigation has commenced into this.”
