Southern Senators on Wednesday formed a united front to fight the course of Southern Nigeria.
The group immediately announced the constitution of an executive committee to be chaired by Senator Hope Uzodinma.
Addressing the newsmen on the development, the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio, said the forum cuts across political parties and it is meant to fight for interest of Southern Nigeria.
According to Akpabio: “This forum cuts across all political parties and it is formed to fight for the interest of Southern Nigerians.”
Other officers of the Forum are Senator Lanre Tejuosho as Vice Chairman and Senator Matthew Urogbide as Secretary.
