President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the reversal of the suspension of the Managing Director of Rural Electrification Agency, Damilola Ogunbiyi.
President Buhari ordered the reversal of the suspension on Tuesday.
The Minister of Power, Engr. Sale Mamman, had last month suspended Ogunbiyi.
Mamman said it was as a result of “apparent infractions” in the Agency.
She has since joined the United Nations.
With the order by Buhari lifting her suspension, Ogunbiyi has been allowed to resign her appointment with the REA.
Ogunbiyi resignation takes effect from December 31.
