The inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar, has expressed satisfaction at the level of work on the renovation of the Police College, Ikeja, Lagos State.
The police boss, while inspecting the renovation on Friday, commended the Corps of the Nigerian Army Engineering for a “professional work.”
Abubakar said: “I am satisfied with what I have seen here today.
“I was at the college and I saw the level it was.”
He commended President Goodluck Jonathan for his “care and love not only for the police but the entire Nigeria.”
The project coordinator and Special Adviser to Jonathan on Performance, Monitoring and Evaluation, Prof. Sylvester Monye, also expressed his “delight ” at the level of the work so far.
Monye described the renovation work as a response from the Federal Government to the exposure of the PCI by the media.
