Ameobi named in Championships Team Of The Week

Wigan Athletic are represented in the latest Football League team of the week that has been selected following the clash with Bristol City.
The performance by Sammy Ameobi in the one nil victory over Bristol City at the weekend at the Macron Stadium was enough to earn them a place in the side alongside the other most impressive performers in the Football League pyramid.
Ameobi was the catalyst for a Bolton victory on Friday night, deservedly grabbing the winner at the Macron with a splendid solo run and strike.
