The Senator representing Plateau North Senatorial District, Senator Gyang Nyam Shom Pwajok, has congratulated the newly-elected officials of the correspondents’ chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Plateau State chapel.
The chapel was sworn in recently following the election of July 10 this year at the NUJ Press Centre, Jos.
In a message via a press statement released by the media officer to the senator, Chuwang Dung, Pwajok extended felicitated with the newly elected Chairman, Aminu Yusuf, of the Nation newspaper and other elected officials.
He said: “I was delighted to hear of your victory in the election. I am sure that under your great leadership, wisdom and guidance, the NUJ correspondents’ chapel in Plateau state will strive to much greater heights and achievements.”
“I wish you every success in your new duties, be aware that you have our full support and I trust that you will continue to work for the improvement of our working relationship.”
