There was a drama at the Edo State House of Assembly on Tuesday.
The suspended Deputy Speaker of the House, Hon. Festus Ebea, and three other lawmakers, who were also suspended on Monday, turned round to announce the suspension of the Speaker, Hon. Uyi Igbe, and seven other lawmakers.
Among the others suspended by Ebea and his group was the Majority Leader.
The deputy speaker and his team had forcefully gained entrance into the chambers to carryout the suspension of Igbe and the seven others.
They did this without the mace.
