Students of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta in Ogun State have grounded activities in and around their school.
This followed a protest over armed robbery attack on their school between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
Vehicular movement along the major road close to their school, Kotopo-Osiele Road, has been affected.
Policemen and operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps deployed to disperse the students are having hectic time doing so.
The students said this is not the first time they would be violently attacked by armed robbers in their hostel.
Vehicles and other properties have been destroyed by the protesting students.
