The All Progressives Congress had been declared the winner of the presidential election in Yobe State.
With the state in the party’s kitty, its candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, has extended his lead over the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party and incumbent, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan.
Buhari polled 446,265 votes, while Jonathan had a paltry 25,526 votes.
With the result, Buhari has extended his lead by over 2.8 million against Jonathan.
