Strong indications emerged on Thursday that the University of Jos in Plateau State will on Friday release the names of successful candidates for admission into the institution for the 2014/2015 academic year.
A source in the Information Department of the university told The Eagle Online that the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Hayward Mafuyai, will address a world press conference on Friday to tell the public about the development.
The Eagle Online investigation revealed that many candidates may be disappointed after the result is made public.
The is because most of the candidates did not meet the required cut-off point.
Our source also have it that the result may disappoint many because Mafuyai will not compromise standard.
