Borussia Dortmund will be without defender Julian Ryerson for the Champions League game at Newcastle on Wednesday.
Sporting Director Sebastian Kehl said this ahead of the team’s departure to England on Tuesday.
Kehl said: “He called in sick this morning.
“Otherwise everyone is on board.

“We’re in good shape and have gained stability.
“That’s why we’re in a position to get something there (at Newcastle).”
Coach Edin Terzic also hopes his team can draw inspiration from their Bundesliga form.
“The Champions League is the next competition in which we want to make something good,” he said.
