A Nigerian Twitter user has cried out for help after mistakenly sending N130,000 to a bolt driver.
According to the user with the handle: @hensennygold1, he had wanted to send N1,300 when the mistake happened.
He tweeted: “I mistakenly sent 130,000 instead of 1,300 to a bolt driver and he refused to pick up his cals and has now switched off.
“Please guys, help me repost this till the @Boltapp_ng help refund my money. D @Boltapp_ng support are not responding.”
However, after several hours of waiting, the Twitter user said he got a reply from the driver.
He tweeted: “So guys…The bolt driver finally texted one of the number I have been using to call him since yesterday that he already used the money and he will be paying it back on Monday.”
The driver wrote: “Good morning bros, I am so sorry for what happened, this is the bolt driver.
“I have a problem that I used the money for.
“Please give me till Monday, I will send it to my gtbank, there’s some money in my gtbank.
“The bank will return the money to you account. I am sorry.”
