Onnoghen made the assertion on Friday in Abuja at the unveiling of a book, entitled: “Fundamental Rights (Enforcement Procedure) Rules, 2009, Practice, Procedure, Forms and Precedents,” authored by Ogwu Onoja, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
