In a statement by the command’s spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi, the suspect was arrested following an information received by policemen at Sango Ota divisional headquarters that armed robbers were planning to attack Agoro community of Sango Ota.

The spokesman of the State Police Command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed the arrest in a statement on Sunday.
The suspects, Hammed Ismail and Osoba Yakubu were apprehended following a report lodged at Sango divisional headquarters on the 15th of March 2022, by one Buhari Saliu. He reported that his 25 years old son Yusuf Buhari who left home with his motorcycle the previous day was found dead in an uncompleted building at Araromi Village via Ilogbo town, and his motorcycle was nowhere to be found.
The suspects: Adewale Muyibi, Kamoru Ayodele and Taofeek Ogundele, were caught with dangerous weapons, with which they inflicted varying degrees of injuries on members of the community.
The suspects were arrested following information received at the Agbara divisional headquarters that some hoodlums were vandalizing and looting the warehouse.
The suspects, Olanrewaju Sikiru, 28, and Olayemi Obisesan, 25, were arrested following a distress call received by the Divisional Police Officer of Agbara Division, SP Saleh Dahiru, at about 1:30 am that armed robbers had invaded Area 8 OPIC Estate, Agbara, and were terrorizing the residents of the estate.
