The Federal Court had, on Tuesday, ordered the police to ensure all rights and privileges due to the 15th Emir of Kano, Aminu Bayero be given to him, as the rightful Emir of Kano.

The Eagle Online recalls that there has been a tussle over who occupies the throne of the Emir of Kano since last week.

Gumel made this known to newsmen on Saturday in Kano after the deposed Emir, Ado Bayero, arrived in the state.
