Metuh, who expressed shock over the development, said he learnt of the no-debit order placed on his account after his failed transaction on one of the accounts on Tuesday.
The trial judge, Justice Okon Abang, said on Thursday while delivering a ruling on an application seeking the release of Metuh’s international passport to enable him travel abroad for medical treatment.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that this is the third time Metuh is asking the court to release his international passport for him to seek medical attention abroad.
It will be recalled that the trial judge, Justice Okon Abang, had on January 25 ruled that if Metuh failed to appear in court on Febuary 5, his bail would be revoked and he would be remanded in prison.
Justice Okon Abang gave the order on Thursday, when he delivered ruling in an application filed by Metuh, seeking an adjournment to his trial on health grounds.
Dasuki, currently in DSS detention, said this while testifying before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court on Friday in Abuja.
