The Chief Magistrate, K.O. Ariyo, who gave the ruling, said the plea of the accused could not be taken because of the nature of the offences.
Ariyo, therefore, ordered that the accused should be kept behind bars for the first 30 days pending advice from the State Director of Public Prosecutions
