A statement by Mr Sa’ad Aluko, the Director-General of the Hospital Board Management on Tuesday in Ilorin said that this would enable the facility to offer more efficient services and attend to patients with special needs.

In a personal Eid message to the people of the state, the Governor said the feast of sacrifice is a reminder to the rewards that await those who are patient and submit to God’s will and maintain excellent relations with fellow human beings, irrespective of their differences.

In a press statement issued in Ilorin on Friday, by its chairman, Adekunle Bakare, the group also described the statement issued by another Kwara-based group, Kwara Must Change, which criticized the former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, for the suspension of two senators during his tenure as either “a clear case of intentional insincerity or conscientious ignorance.”

Speaking at the flag off ceremony in Otte town of Asa local government, the Governor said the projects are a combination of the 2014 to 2019 Universal Basic Education Commission-SUBEB interventions that got stuck as a result of the previous administration not fulfilling its obligations as well as diverting the matching grants it received in 2013.

Dr. Sawyerr, who holds a Bachelor of Arts Economics and Masters of Economics, both from Clark Atlanta University, and a doctoral degree in curriculum, instruction and assessments from Walden University, has worked at various places as a teacher, tax analyst, statistician, and policy analyst — all in the United States of America. She was also a Deputy Manager at the Equity Bank of Nigeria. She is currently an educator in the Georgia State School system.
