The order was given on Wednesday by an Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, presided over by M.O. Mudashiru.

Chief Magistrate S. H. Adebisi sentenced him after he pleaded guilty to a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.

The Chief Magistrate, E. A. Idowu, who did not take the defendant’s plea due to lack of jurisdiction, ordered his remand.

They were slammed with a two-count charge of “having no regards for the corpse and offering indignity to corpse”.
