The accused, who has no fixed address, was arraigned for causing a breach of peace and child stealing.

The accused, who resides on Afolabi Street in Abule Egba, Lagos, appeared before Magistrate A. O. Gbajumo on counts of failure to provide a necessity of life and breach of the peace.
The two unemployed defendants, Ibrahim Hassan, 29, and Ojo Ishola, 30, who reside at Bammeke area, Shasha, a suburb of Lagos, were arraigned on a count charge of rape.
The Prosecutor, Raphael Donny, told the court that the offences were committed between October 23 to November 3, at Christ Apostolic Church, Abraham Ezomor St., Ijaiye, a suburb of Lagos.
The Chief Magistrate, Taiwo Akanni, ordered that Matthew Fadeyi should be kept in Kirikiri Prison until November 22 when the court would review the facts of the case and give verdict.
Awase said the accused assaulted Salisu Sanni by stabbing him with a bottle on his head when the complainant demanded N200 being the cost of the beverage.
According to Police Prosecutor, Clifford Ogu, the accused committed the offence on August 15 at his residence
Clifford Ogu, the prosecutor, told the court that the offence was committed on July 25 at Air Force Primary School, Shasha, Lagos.
The girls allegedly abused by the accused, who resides at 2, Kelani Street, Adealu Bus stop, Dopemu, a suburb of Lagos, are said to be of the same parents.
The accused: Theresa Ezeala, 56; Augustina Oparaocha, 54; and Florence Ifeanyi, 52 – are facing a three-count charge of conspiracy,
