Youth and Sports Development Minister, Sunday Dare announced this on Sunday evening, after a meeting of the organizing committee put in place by the Ministry and which include officials of the NFF.

The MoU was signed on Monday, September 13, 2021 in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The setting up of the committee followed a meeting of prominent stakeholders of Ogbomoso at the Ogbomoso palace on Thursday.
