The admonition was part of the outcome of a one-day inter communal dialogue and forum for peace and understanding, organized by the Human Rights and Conflict Resolution Centre, in partnership with Cardinal Onaiyekan Foundation  for peace.

Onaiyekan made the call at a four-day National Workshop organised by Cardinal Onaiyekan Foundation for Peace in collaboration with Lux Terra Leadership Foundation in Abuja.
