Ms Patrick was arrested on 21st May, 2021 together with her boyfriend while both were trying to deliver some pieces of brownies ordered online by NDLEA’s undercover agents in a Mercedes Benz car.

Apolos had been on the wanted list of the Abia state Command of the NDLEA since February following the arrest of one Chima Ukeleonu, the suspect behind the video that went viral in January 2021, showing a young man hawking illicit drugs on the street. As a result, 38-year-old Apolos was put on wanted list.
Chairman/Chief Executive of the lead anti-drug law enforcement agency, Brig. General Mohamed Buba Marwa (Retd) disclosed this during a courtesy visit to the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Muhammed Babandede in Abuja on Monday.
The illicit drug was neatly concealed inside yoghurt bottles.
