Nigeria Premier League side, Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan on Wednesday signed sponsorship agreement deal with Guinness Nigeria Plc.
The deal, according to the Media Officer of the Club, Jubril Arowolo, is worth about N12 million.
The deal will see the struggling side bearing the logo Of Dubic Beer.
The deal was signed with the representatives of the two parties involved in Ibadan.
The Chairman of the management Board of Shooting Stars, Toyin Akintunde, expressed joy at the deal, stressing that it will make the Beer more popular in the state.
Speaking at the occasion, the Oyo State Commissioner for youth and sport, Dapo Lam Adesina, commended the company for partnering with the greatest team in the history of Nigeria.
The commissioner also urged Guinness officials to visit the Lekan Salami Stadium, home ground of Shooting Stars, to see other areas they can partner with the club.
