The Senate has shifted its resumption date from its summer holiday from September 17, 2024.
The Clerk of the Senate, Chinedu Akubueze, revealed this in an internal memo in Abuja on Thursday by the leadership of the Senate.
The internal memo was titled “Change in Resumption Date from Summer Break.”
Akubueze said in the memo: “Dear Distinguished Senators, I hope this memo finds you well.

“Please be informed that the resumption date from the ongoing recess has been rescheduled from Tuesday, September 17, 2024 to Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 11:00 am.
“Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”
