The police has confirmed the arrest of 21 persons in the killing of four students of the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Among those said to be in the police custody is the traditional ruler of Aluu, the community where the students were killed in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State, Alhaji Hassan Welewa.
The monarch was accused of inciting the mob that killed the students.
Four others whose names were confirmed by the police to be in custody are Felemo Solomon, Cynthia Chinwo, Ozioma Abajuo and Chigizie Samuel Evans.
