The Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adewale Omirin, flanked by 18 other members of the House elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress during a press briefing by the 19 APC lawmakers in Lagos on Thursday.
While the 19 APC lawmakers were meeting in Lagos, 10 were said to be impeaching the speaker in Ekiti State. Yet the Assembly is made up of 26 members.
