The Osun State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has approved the appointment of an Assistant Superintendent of Corps II (ASCII) Atanda Olabisi as the State’s Corps new Public Relations Officer (PRO).
ASCII Olabisi holds a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Psychology from the prestigious University of Ibadan and was formerly the Head of Media and Publicity of the State’s Command.
Her new role would be to manage the day-to-day media relations and public affairs of the Corps in Osun State Command, amongst other relevant assignments.
The State’s Commandant Emmanuel Ocheja, tasked the new PRO on to use strategic communications to bring the activities to the command to the limelight and portray the good image of the Corps in the state.
Meanwhile, the new PRO has appreciation to her predecessor, a Deputy Superintendent of Corps (DSC) Adigun Daniel who has been redeployed for another assignment.
She promised to carry out her mandate with due diligence and professionalism.
