Ogbonna happy at West Ham

Angelo Ogbonna is happy with the way he has settled at West Ham United.

The former Juventus defender played a full 90 minutes in their stalemate with Charlton Athletic on the weekend.

“It was a very good game on Saturday,” Ogbonna told whufc.com. “The important thing for me and the team is the conditioning and that’s coming.

“We look confident with the ball and it was good to have 90 minutes to play and prepare everything for the next game.

“I like this team, this is what I wanted to do [in coming to the Premier League]. We want to play forward and we want to win.

“We want to celebrate the last season at the Boleyn Ground – that’s important and we are in more competitions with the Europa League, so we’re preparing well.”
