Tennis star Andy Murray has netted himself a cool $825,000 profit after selling his luxury apartment in Miami.
The Scotsman bought the glass-fronted, four-bedroom Florida pad nine years ago for almost $1.6 million.
He has now found a buyer for the 45th floor apartment with spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and Miami’s glittering night scene.
The home is where world number one Murray, 30, stayed with his coaching team during his winter training blocks in the US.
Miami-based estate agent Jon Jacobs, who handled the sale, told The Real Deal that the apartment had sold for $2.4 million last week after more than two-and-a-half years on the market.
The four-bedroom apartment covers 3,415 square feet and has wraparound views of the city.
