Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa State has approved the appointment of Hamisu Gumel as his Chief Press Secretary.
This was contained in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Bala Ibrahim, Tuesday in Dutse.
Ibrahim said Muhammad Salisu has also been appointed Special Assistant to the Governor on Photography and Publication.
Others are Garba Hadejia and Umar Suleiman as Special Assistants on New Media.
The SSG said all the appointments are with immediate effect.
