INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner visits Lagos CP

The Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Lagos State, Engr. Segun Osinowo, has paid a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi.

The Resident Electoral Commissioner visited the CP alongside senior executives of the Commission on Wednesday.

Osinowo lauded CP Alabi for his strides and initiatives that have ensured relative peace and safety across the state.

He equally solicited the support of the Commissioner of Police and the entire Command towards effective election security and a general mutually beneficial professional relationship.

Alabi on his part assured the REC of the readiness of the Command to at all times provide adequate security for the conduct of successful elections in the state.
