Governor Sanwo-Olu in a statement issued on Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Gboyega Akosile, to felicitate with Oshodi, said the elevation of the ex-President of NTTF to continental level is well deserved.

Speaking at the commissioning of the specialist health facility dedicated to cater for the health needs of women and children in Epe, Sanwo-Olu stated that his administration will through consistent action and smart investments in the health sector ensure that no woman or child die from normal life enhancing process of procreation.

Going by this logic, if former governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode’s four-year strides as the governor of the state are a measure of humanist philosophy, then he has laid his treasures in heaven and has achieved immortality in the hearts of the people of Lagos State.

The Command had on Friday 11th June, 2021, allayed the fears of the general public on the rumoured sit-at-home order, possible break down of law and order and total shut down of the state by some individuals who planned to disguise under the Celebration to cause panic and disrupt security in the state.
