This was reported to be the first time grilled reptiles will be served in Nigeria at any social function.

The burial, which held at Ibadan, Oyo State, was attended by a lot of bigwigs in the high society, with King Sunny Ade on the bandstand.

Some of the guests included King Saheed Elegushi; Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi; Kunle Afolayan; journalist and businessman, Lanre Alfred; Kayode Alfred; Hon. Shina Peller; Ayobami Ladipo (Mr Porsche); Seun Oloketuyi; Teju Ajayi and Fathia Balogun.
