Stoke City face a battle on their hands to keep hold of star midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo this summer, with Turkish giants Galatasaray looking to sign the Potters star.
According to reports, the European giants are keen on signing Etebo, who has been hugely impressive under Nathan Jones at the back end of the campaign.
The 23-year-old Nigerian has put in some fine performances and Stoke gaffer Jones will be desperate to keep hold of his man during the summer as he looks to guide the Potters towards a top six push next season.
However, fighting off one of the giants of European football like Galatasaray could well prove a tricky task for the Potters, who will themselves be looking at a rebuild of sorts to allow Jones the freedom to bring in his own players while getting rid of some of the dead wood.
Interestingly too, Etebo is rumoured to be interested in a move to the Turkish giants, and that will be worrying news for Stoke fans and manager Jones with only three games of the campaign remaining.
Etebo only made the move to the Bet365 Stadium in the summer of 2018, but with Stoke struggling and the midfielder showing ability, which has impressed onlooking scouts and coaches, he could well be on his way just 12 months on from moving to England.
