Huge explosions were reported to have been heard in the Apapa area of Lagos State on Tuesday night when a local petroleum depot went up in flames.
Available information has it that the local petroleum depot is located on Edmor Street, by Wilmer Crescent in Olodi Apapa area of the state.
The fire from the explosion was said to have engulfed two buildings close by.
A two-story building at 12, Edmor Street and a three-story building at number 14 of the same street were gutted by the fire from the explosion.
