EFCC recovers N4.3b unpaid royalty from Jide Omokore’s oil firm

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has recovered from Atlantic Energy Drilling Concepts Nigeria Limited and its Chairman, Jide Omokore, over $14 million being crude oil royalty that the company failed to remit to the Federal Government.
In Naira terms, the $14 million amounts to N4,380,295,866.00.
Sources in the EFCC confirmed the development on Wednesday.
