Edo women protest half naked, in red attire against Oshiomhole

A group of elderly women in Edo State on Tuesday staged a protest in Benin City, the state capital.

The women said they were protesting against Governor Adams Oshiomhole over his recent statement on a former Governor of the state, Lucky Igbinedion.

Oshiomhole had accused Igbinedion and his father, Gabriel Igbinedion, of deals that left the state shortchanged.

Igbinedion had in reaction threatened to expose the underhand deals of Oshiomhole.
