The 6th assembly of the Edo State legislature adopted a business calendar of 55 days for its first session, third quarter in Benin on Monday.
Presenting the calendar before the House, the Majority Leader, Hon. Folly Ogedengbe, said the House would sit for 11 days in January, 21 days in February and 23 days in March.
Ogedengbe said the House sat for 61 days in the first quarter and 60 days in the second quarter of the year.
According to him, every Thursday and Friday of the week is for committee sittings.
