The Ogun State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Tomi Coker, has warned prospective candidates into the College of Nursing Sciences for the 2023/2024 academic session against patronising touts as sale of admission forms begins.
The Commissioner gave the warning to the prospective candidate in a statement issued in Abeokuta on Wednesday.
Coker emphasised that registration, including procurement and filling of admission forms, would be done online.
She stated: “Comprehensive detail of the application process can be accessed on — https://mohsonmportal.com/. Registration process will close on May 6, 2023.”
She added that candidates must be 16 years of age and above, and applicants must possess a minimum of five credits at not more than two sittings O’Level WASCE/GCE/NECO in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
The Commissioner indicated that candidates who are awaiting O’Level results are not eligible.
Coker enjoined applicants to prepare accordingly for tests in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics, adding that the examination date, venue and time would be indicated in their printouts during registration.
She assured prospective applicants of a smooth and merit-based process, reiterating that admission into the college would be based on the candidates’ success in the entrance tests.
