The Jankoliko and Kedike singer, Chidinma Ekile, who recently dropped the visuals for her single M I, Lorry, has disclosed plans for her forthcoming album.
According to Ekile the album is almost ready and would have been released in September.
She said she opted not to due to the volume of albums set to drop in the month.
She said: “I have been on this for a while now.
“The last time I drooped an album, it’s been years now.”
Ekile added that over eight artistes are set to drop their LPs this month, with Iyanya and Orezi and Samklef already celebrating the release of theirs.
Jesse Jagz, Davido and many others are finalising plans to release their projects, she added.
Ekile rose to stardom in 2010 with her emergence as the winner of MTN sponsored Project Fame West Africa season 3, following the release of the video for her single hit titled: Emi Ni Baller.
She became the first female musician to pick at number one on the MTV Base official Naija top 10 chart.
