FC IfeanyiUbah has emerged this year’s champions of the Federation Cup after beating their Nasarawa United counterparts 5-4 on penalties at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos on Sunday.
Both sides failed to break the deadlock in the regulation time before going into penalty shootout to the decide the winners.
Earlier in the day, River Angels also defeated Bayelsa Queens on 5-3 penalties to win the women’s version of the competition.
